    BB Close-grip Bench Press: 5, 4, 4, 4, 4 @ 105 lbs (+10 lbs)
    BB High Pull: 2*, 5, 5, 1*, 4* @ 125 lbs (+10 lbs)

On an unrelated note, I’ve wanked every day this week. I’m not sure what’s inspired this. It’s reached the point where I want to keep wanking to see how many days in a row I can continue to wank. I’m not 17 anymore – I can’t wank twice daily for two weeks. Though, I did that partly to see if I could. Ha ha. Basically, I consider it a way to train my sexual response. I find the more I wank, the more I CAN wank. If I go a LONG time between wanks, I actually find it a little difficult to arouse myself at first.

Meh, it’s complicated. My penis has personality.

Anyway, workout. Inclines were fun. Had to use a little more leg drive to pop the dumbbells up to my shoulders. Wasn’t expecting to finish the rows with complete sets, but so bet it.

Shoulder presses went okay. Did horrible at wide-grip pull-ups. Maybe I should have done lat pull to start. No matter.

High pulls were bothering my left arm. It felt like a rubber band being pulled, from my shoulder all the way down to my wrist. Probably a ligment or tendon. I don’t know. It’s not painful, but it can’t be a good thing. I’ll switch to dumbbells next workout.
