    (Usual stretching.)

Right on schedule. I felt good this morning, aside from a light cough and a stuffy nose. I know that when I’m in the gym, my nose tends to clear up. Today was the same. Started lifting, and both my nostrils openned up. Isn’t that awesome?

The pace today felt awesome. Incline weight was just right, but as I finished with full sets, I’ll increase the weight. Cable row was just right, I’ll improve next time. Shoulder presses… I might benefit from a weight decrease. Wide-grip lat pulls were just right. Hit failure on close-grips rather suddenly. I quickly brought my grip out to press the weight up. 75 lbs can’t kill you. : D High pulls get tiring. I may try 95 lbs, if I feel bold enough.

Nose promptly stuffed back up after I left the weight room. I feel like sneezing. I should be functionally adequate tomorrow for employment.

Have my first stint in the CPR lab today. I have no idea what exactly this involves. Since it’s all self-guided by a computer, well. I guess I can go at my own pace. No pressure.

LOL. Well thank you for that note. Brightened up my day, that’s for sure. I really like the way your diary is set up. With the fonts and computer seeming… things. Yep =]

ryn: good idea. I’m actually getting better about eating it. Meaning: I’m actually eating it occasionally as opposed to never
