    BB Back Squat:
    5 @ 45 lbs
    3×15 @ 110 lbs (+5 lbs)

    BB Deadlift w/Shrug: 15, 15, 10 @ 135 lbs (+1 rep!)

    Alternating Sets:
    DB Bulgarian Split Squat: 3×15 @ BW
    DB Step-up: 3×15 @ BW

    Reverse Crunch: 3×15 @ BW Rest: 60 seconds

    (Usual stretching.)

Challenging, as usual. Will be squatting 115 next time. Go me?

Had a long break between squats and deads. I was tired! Both from being up so early and from the squats. I got over it. Held the rest periods as best I could.

As far as my back goes, I didn’t feel anything off today. Form was as good as has been.

Bulgarian Split Squats and Step-ups felt like that VO2 max test I did on Wednesday. Taxing, but it wasn’t as grueling as it was last week. Go me. Still not ready to add weight. No way, man.

I did some back extensions and side-bends to feel out my back. Felt fine. Whatever.

I’m doing a load of whites, as I’ve worn all my socks. Also, I’m wearing my last boyundie. Ha ha. Radioactive boyundie water.

I think I need a quick nap.
