    Day B, Workout XIV

    Set/rep: 4×10
    Rest: 60 seconds

    BB Back Squat:
    3 @ 95 lbs
    4×10 @ 145 lbs lbs (+5 lbs)

    BB Deadlift w/Shrug:
    4×10 @ 160 lbs (+5 lbs)

    Alternating Sets:
    DB Bulgarian Split Squat: 10, 10, 10, 10 @ 5 lbs
    DB Step-up: 4×10 @ 10 lbs (+5 lbs)

    Reverse Crunch: 3×15 @ BW

    (Usual stretching.)

I’m glad I’m doing small increases. 10 lb increases will just psyche myself out. Squats were good. Deadlifts were also good. Those last sets get tiring, but I was able to get some explosiveness into the deadlift shrugs on the last set.

Was thinking of a female companion. She needs to get out of my head when I’m moving inanimate objects. Obviously my lifts did not suffer. I will laugh if thinking about females increases testosterone. I wasn’t even thinking anything particularly vulgar, just intimate eye contact and maybe kissing her. My thoughts tend to be more emotional than anything else.

On an unrelated note, because I don’t feel like posting multiple entries, I got yet another compliment in drive-thru yesterday. A rather cheerful woman was intimidated by the menu. She thankfully didn’t take that long, but she was grateful at my patience. This is one of the reasons I absolutely refuse to take orders while I’m collecting money. You can tell when the person on the other end doesn’t have your full attention. I don’t screw up that many orders as a result of this. This was especially amusing to me because not ten minutes prior we had a line of cars waiting because we were waiting on chalupas. The cheerful woman was all, “Is it normally this fast?”
