Alternating Sets:
DB Bulgarian Split Squat: 5×5 @ 20 lbs (+5 lbs)
DB Step-up: 5×5 @ 20 lbs (+5 lbs)
Reverse Crunch: 3×15 @ BW Rest: 60 seconds
(Usual stretching.)
Squats good.
Deadlifts bad.
