    5, 5, 5, 5, 4 @ 185 lbs

    BB Deadlift w/Shrug:
    3 @ 185 lbs
    5, 5, 3, 3, F @ 225 lbs

    Alternating Sets:
    DB Bulgarian Split Squat: 5×5 @ 20 lbs (+5 lbs)
    DB Step-up: 5×5 @ 20 lbs (+5 lbs)

    Reverse Crunch: 3×15 @ BW Rest: 60 seconds

    (Usual stretching.)

Squats good.

Deadlifts bad.

Ha ha.
