Finally took out high pulls. They were just eating energy needlessly, and I wasn’t progressing.
My energy level was a bit better, especially during my first sets, and starting the second complex. Previous workouts, I’d already be tired by the time I hit the second complex. My lifts only fell off in the third set here and there. My rows felt REALLY good. They felt lighter, though I did use a different set of dumbbells.
I feel good. I’ll go play Dragon Quest VIII now, and make some chili.
Adjustments: Level up those rows to 60/55/50. Holy shit. Level up cable curl to 80/70/60.
