Chick cockblocked me, unable to finish side-bends. She was doing a circuit of side-bends, back extensions, and .. crunches? Basically flipping around on the apparatus without getting off.
Ran out of gas on hang clean, squat, and press. Got dizzy after last set of RDL/row.
Chick using squat cage for step-ups, used different apparatus. Got calf cramps jumping up. Pistons sucked.
Adjustments: Don’t blow. Go at faster pace.
Man, I hate calf cramps.

I usually get calf cramps when Im asleep. I wake up in such pain in the middle of the night. Ever happened to any1 or just me?
