Felt like crap all weekend, got four hours of sleep last night, but insisted on lifting to maintain my sanity. Plus, if I don’t lift, I lose motivation to eat. Gotta keep eating. I have this nasty habit of not eating when I’m depressed.
Adjustments: Level up Split Squat/Overhead Press to 55 lbs. Level up DB Lunge with alternating curl to 30 lb dumbbells. Level up cable crunches to 120 lbs, they’re getting too easy.
