Hey, have I mentioned enough that I know most of Rapper’s Delight? Oh wow, another song by Kurtis Blow! Cool! …I always thought it was Kurtis Flow.

I stripped my bed. I should probably put the sheets back on before I GOTO bed.
Uhh. I don’t feel like writing some daily recap. Hrm. So I shouldn’t. My mood’s good because I had one of those First Conversations with someone online. Aren’t those cool?
I should at least annotate my workout.
- Pull-up: 8, 5, 4, 2
Back Row: 4×7 @ +20
Deadlift: 4×7 @ 105 lbs
Decline Sit-Up: 3×10 @ 10 lbs
Back Extension: 3×10 @ 10 lbs
I felt kind of pressured to leave the squat cage, even though he said take your time, but it never feels like take your time when someone’s STANDING right there. If I’m willing to wait for someone, I don’t just stand there. So I finished my set and didn’t do shrugs. *shrugs* I said squat cage. The other two squat racks were being used, one by someone doing CURLS. In fact, I saw someone racking weight on a bench press, and DOING CURLS. Ugh, idiots at the gym. THE BICEP IS ONE MUSCLE.
Unfortunately, some seem to be missing the one muscle that counts.
Oh, the groin machine was out of order. *shrugs* Oh well!
I don’t feel like writing. I think I’ll down two glasses of water and maybe make my bed.
Rap isn’t my favorite type of music. : Some people try to show off at gyms and hurt themselves. Take care.
