I swear I’m getting cruder and more perverted with age. I find myself admiringAnyway.

I’m really digging my Kinesiology class. I can read my professor. She’s an older lady, but she’s mostly cognitively aware and she knows her shit. One of the required books for the class, she wrote. I enjoy classes in which you know what you’re going to do each class. We lost class Wednesday due to a Shitty Roads Day. So to compensate, I read over the Shoulder Joint chapter on Friday, going over each muscle and their actions. It only took me around 45 minutes. It really isn’t all that much information we need to know, but what you know, you have to know. I like that, there’s not too much frivilous shit.

I ate twice before class, at 11 and 1 PM. I had to get food in post-workout, because I have Kinesiology and A&P II lab in a row, and lab didn’t get out today until 5 PM. That’s four hours without macronutritional intake! :: finishes off his bowl of chili :: Food is important. The sooner I can start maintaining again, the better, eating is hard work!

So I was sitting in the student center, eating the first of two meals. I hear what sounds like stereotypically bad rap music. Some uninspiring beat and some incoherent rapper. I turn my head to see a wigga and an azn strut through. The wigga had a decent boombox on his shoulder. (People do still know what a boombox is, right?) I haven’t seen anybody do that since the 80’s. The only time I saw it in the 90’s was when they were trying to look like the 80’s.

I couldn’t help but break out in hysterical laughter. Everybody on the couches and tables saw them and looked rather puzzled. I’m convinced there’s no way in hell they were taking themselves seriously. I concluded that was the funniest thing I’d seen all day.

I bothered knocking down all the ice on the top of the van. It was one solid sheet, but Mayor of Nerdville’s rant got to me. Damn you, Valerie! I mean, seriously, it wouldn’t have fallen off! It was an inch thick, and I had to slam my elbow into it a few times to break it. I had to have spent at least five minutes standing on the tires to get it all down. I was just amused at how thick it was. Like I said, and inch. Some of the pieces were huge. Naturally, I amused myself by throwing them upward into the air, and watching them shatter on the street.

I am drinking milk.

I should reset my WinAmp playlist. I just have all of my music loaded onto it. Depending on my mood, I GOTO whatever song or artist I want. I feel all bad-ass, as I’m still using WinAmp v2.81. I have zero reason to change. Currently listening to Rage Against the Machine.

I’ll have some prune jews in a half hour. Maybe it’s the iron, but I seriously feel better if I drink prune jews. I’ve reached a point where it tastes sweet to me. Ha ha. PRUNE JEWS IS A WARRIOR’S DRINK. Lifting has made me find my inner Klingon. Speaking of which, I’ll be deadlifting 215 lbs from a deficit tomorrow. I’m excited.

Speaking of excitment, I ended up masturbating twice yesterday while defragging Roxanne. I’m really content with how my sessions have been lately. I remember sometimes when I had to actually TRY to get an erection. Lately when I decide to play, I have an erection by the time I drop my pants. Yesterday, I was getting hard in my boyundies because my mind was wandering. I had to just let my erection out, because it was getting uncomfortable. So I played. It was nice. : D But twice? Who the hell masturbates twice while defragging their computer?

(I just wanted that punch line, it amuses me.)

Oh, one more thing. We were doing heartrate and blood pressure in A&P II lab. I was a little surprised that my heartrate was 80 BPM. I normally have a high heart rate, usually around 70 – 75 BPM. It could be because I lifted this morning, but it was a few hours after that. Shouldn’t it have gone down? It got me thinking about my grand idea to lower my resting heartrate this summer. I was thinking of starting in June, rather than July. Three months is a good amount of time to dedicate to the most important muscle in the body. As such, I see no problem in doing some heavy low-rep lifting from now until May. I’ll probably ease up on the lifting as I shift gears, to ensure I recover properly. We’ll see. Anyway, I’m thinking of checking my resting heartrate in the morning, mostly out of curiosity. There’s a difference between cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance. I want the first, while avoiding the second.

I need to pee. I’ll go take care of that.

If I had been with you, I would have laughed at the boombox posse as well. You’re right, they couldn’t have been serious. However, if they WERE… I think it maybe would have been even more funny. 😀

Regular milk is baaad for you. See: hormones that don’t belong in boy’s bodies. I hope you’re drinking organic if you’re doing large amounts of it. Also, take mag supplements to prevent kidney stones from excess calcium. I have an article on supplements if you’re interested. I’m glad you got rid of the ice. A van in front of me went over a hill and if I had been closer, I think the ice thatflew off would have killed wondergirl and myself. Scary shit.

a boombox?! *laughs hysterically* I am not sure if that dates me or not? hmm. Ah, I’m not old enough to feel dated… yet. I’ll be 25 in 15 days, then maybe I can feel dated…. um. Anyway. I masturbated twice yesterday too. lol I got the urge, so I did. Don’t really know what sparked it, but thats ok. urge doesn’t come along often these days.

I don’t know about prune juice, but prunes are pretty good. Once I was in a grocery store & this little old lady came up to me with a magnifying glass and said, “Miss, could you help me find the prune juice? I can’t see–it’s so dark in here!” Depressing, huh?

I suppose gaining/losing are equally difficult. Designer whey might be helpful. I mix it with water/fruit, but you could add it to milk for quality calories. The information isn’t definitive on much, but I’d rather err on the side of caution. We’ve begun adding so much crap to our food in the last 25 years, that there isn’t really enough long term research to tell us what genetic mutations are going to result. Look at hydrogenated oils…
