Getting it done is what’s important. If you ever become serious about running, you’ll eventually reach a certain mindset. There are days where your body feels like complete SHIT, and all you can think about is stopping. However, if your body managed to carry you through once, you can do it again. There are some days when the mental struggle is impossible to overcome, and you have to skipor shorten a run. When that happens, just brush yourself off and hope to feel better the next time around. My point? Bad days are usually because of a mental roadblock. You have the physical capability of completing the workout, but your brain is telling you not to, and your body reacts the same way. It’s frustrating!
