Do you keep a diary or journal outside of Open Diary? What is it like?

I have encouraged friends to keep written journals when dealing with tough issues, but have I?

Yes, sometimes. Also, many of the letters I have written, email and hand, I have saved in digital folders which may or may not ever be viewed again.

I am OK with this, because I have always felt that as much as you believe that you are writing something down which might be importantly saved for the future, the reality is that it will never be read by anyone else ever, but what is most important is that you have already benefited from the point of writing, just because you did.
