Nothing New

Still quiet on the story front. Perhaps because I’ve been busy over in FeeOD, and now am near the end of my subscription and therefore have a decision to make. Hmmm.

Life goes on, there are few changes. Since my ex remarried, the new couple seem to have less time for the kids, who have been spending more and more time with me, and that’s fine. I don’t mind them being here.

R is off to visit the other friend again and will be back at the end of the month, in time for my youngest daughter’s b’day. This is a good thing, since R is this daughter’s godparent now. *smile*

Anything else? Not really. Went to a local little club a couple times–once with R and once with an old friend who came and spent a week here. It’s a kind of fun place to go. Comfortable, you know? There’s a live band, who are quite good, and during the “talent” part of the night, they play the music for anyone brave enough to get up and sing, play the spoons, play some other instrument, whatever. It’s entertaining. Drinks are reasonable, the dance itself costs a whole $3 to get in, and membership is $10 for the year, which gets you to the annual banquet/dinner/thing and also gets you free use of the hall if you have some big do you want to put on for whatever occasion. This seems like a good deal to me.

Other than that, same old same old.

Glad to see you here…I think we all get a little blah every now and again…it will pass…and I bet the kids are happier with you :). Smiles,

Hey there! Was surprised to see the new entry here. *smile* The club was a lot of fun. Glad we went! Tried leaving you notes over in OD, but it wouldn’t let me even though I had signed in. Did you get my e-mail? The luggage showed up just before 11:00 a.m. Thank heavens! I’m getting back to normal & getting laundry done. I’m missing you already. 🙁 *with a big warm hug*

I finally have my FOD favorites list back again!

Just stopping by. Yes, there is life after FeeOD — mine is still up there. 😉 Same old stuff here — working long hours, no pay. Makes me wonder what I’m doing. Nahh….I love pressure. Yeah, right. We’re heading for the nudist camp this weekend if I can shake this respiratory stuff that is bent on invading my lungs. Hugs.
