getting fit for the future

nothing life-changing but i shall continue to use my favourite christmas present ever, wii fit!

i like the fact i’m willing to get fit thanks to this. and i’m even happier i didn’t have to pay for it myself.

Plenty to keep in shape for, fundraisers, rehearsals, potential shows elsewhere, work hours hopefully increasing, and of course Edinburgh itself. It’s taken almost every day of this year preparing for the show at the Edinburgh Festival, whether it be little things like a check-up phonecall, or a ticket sale for a fundraiser, or organising filming, recording, performances, rehearsals, and meetings. And all that is just for this month’s event! we have to go through the same thing every month.

So i’m glad the ol’ Wii is here.

On a lighter note, i went to London at the weekend to see my team win at football, then went to watch Wicked. It was my friend’s last day on the show, and i managed to say a quick hi after (which was nice because lots of Wicked geeks were left with their jaw dropping as he ran up and gave me a big hug and a chat) so hopefully he’ll stay in touch. He’s rather famous these days on these shores, so keeping in touch isn’t easy.

I’m trying to get back in touch with Twitter too, but i just don’t know my way around, and to be honest, i don’t really get it. That said i don’t really get facebook and spend half my life on it. so maybe i just need to persevere.

I’m quite boring to read, i realise this. but it’s more about the venting.

Think i may post some of our lyrics from the show, see what people think.
