There was a former Belleville resident who was recently married to another man, and who was asked to come on a local call-in radio show to answer questions about his experience with same-sex marriage. Instead of being asked anything about his experience, the man was berrated by local homophobes who not only disagreed with his sexuality, but went as far as to label him a “pervert” and suggest that he “should be shot”. Fucking white bread, bigot society at its finest. People like that piss me off.
