Valentines Day!

My Family!

 

This valentines day, can quite possibly go on the record as being the BEST Valentines Day I have ever experienced. No, I wasn’t given any cards or flowers….no I don’t have a special person to share my life with…but I have so much more than that. I am probably the most BLESSED person to walk this earth. Let me just share my weekend with you. It was sooo wonderful.

 

Friday night, I was supposed to get together with my friends Christy and Vicky. We didn’t really know WHAT we were doing, but we figured maybe see a movie or go bowling or something. Keep it simple. Christy comes over, we kill some time til its time to grab Vicky. We end up going to Applebys for dinner, which is YUM….then we’re driving around and Christy wants to go to Hot Topic. When we get there, I go to grab some Twilight cards, which I get a few packs everytime we go…..and there were only a few left. I figured I would take two, and leave the other two for Christy….but she swoops in and snatches them ALL. Wouldn’t let me even have ONE of them. That made me sooo mad. How RUDE is that. ITs not like there was only one package left, there were 4 of them. But whatever.

So we left there, and Christy decided that she doesn’t WANT to bowl, and she is not gonna sit there and watch us….so I got pissed and just took her home and told her she was a waste of gas. lol But its true. She makes me do all this driving to do whatever she wants to do, then i have to take her home which is about an hour drive each way. Its just not worth it, and she doesn’t compromise. If its not HER idea and HER first choice of activity, she gets pissy. So we took her home, then Vicky and I went Glo bowling. We had sooo much fun, and I saw a girl I used to work with there. IT was soo cool to see Kelly again. So we bowled like a million games, until they kicked us out at 1am lol Took Vicky home, then went home myself. I got up this morning, EARLY because I was going to a bird fair with Chad and his boyfriend Luke. I was soo excited about it. I had to be at Luke’s house in Steger at 9, so I had to get up early. Ig ot up, and had a message from Vicky saying that she was playign with herself all night, thinking about me, and would I like to mess around……WTF!! !LOL That came out of nowhere. Apparently she also sent me dirty pictures, but I didn’t get em. lol People want me!!!

So I went to Luke’s house, and he made me breakfast. For Valentines day, he made me heart shaped blueberry pancakes! AWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nobody has ever done that, how SWEET is that?? I love me some gay man. Chad has a REALLY great guy in Luke. He is very lucky!!!

So we go tot he bird fair, Ig ot some new food, perches, millet holder…for my birds. And…I also got them a friend. I let the girls name him, and i already forgot what it is. lol Was it maybe Corey?? LOL I forget…will ask Cora tomorrow…

He’s just a lil cockatiel, and i put him in with the birds i already have. So far, so good…they are all getting along. lol Super cute and sweet little thing. I love him.

So we ate Lunch at Cheeseburger in Paradise, and went to a few other pet stores. We went all over Chicago…that was soooooo much fun.

 

I came home, got the bird settled……took a nap, then Jaime called wanting to know if I wanted to go out to the club tonight. Well HELL YEAH! ITs Valentines day, lets do this shit!!! LOL So I went to the club with her and Chris, and we got there, and my friend Kim was there!!!! Kim is newly single, and its her first valentines day alone, so she hung with us. It was funny…my phone rang…and it was kim…and she is like…you having fun at the bar?? and i am like..yeah…you here? She was right across the bar from us. lol So she joined us,a nd i called pauley to join us, and we had fun. It was stripper night, and the one stripper was ALL over Jaime. lol He wanted her bad. hahahaha Best thing about it was, Chris drove, so I was able to drink!! WOO WOO WOO!!! I only had two, but I never get to drink when at the bar, so it was awesome to have that chance.

Paulie bought my old laptop from me, and gave me the cash tonight…that was awesome. Now I am home, gonna relax in bed, and read my book til i go catatonic again!!!
