Why am I never happy, writing just one entry anymore? LOL Its not like I have that much to talk about, but yeah. I guess I do. I just signed up for this penpal website that I found. Actually, Marie sent it to me. I am going to try to find a penpal who wants to write REAL letters. 🙂 I miss the art of letter writing on pretty stationary. Does anybody out there want to exchange REAL letters? If so, private note me your address. FUN!! I used to have this fantastic penpal in Germany named Phillipp Brinkmann…he was sooo cool….I found one of his letters the other day, while cleaning. I used to so enjoy my correspondance with him. We talked Shakespeare, and books, and he even sent me a copy of romeo and juliet in german!! Was sooo cool!!! One day, he just disappeared. Guess once he left highschool the penpal thing just lost its appeal. He was really cool tho. I miss writing like that.
So there was something else…..I know there was something else…oh yes!! I have an interview this weekend for a cleaning company, they do homes and businesses. I might end up working for them. They pay between $8 and $10 /hr to start out, so we shall see where that leads me in the extra money realm. I did tell her I am only only available evenings and weekends. I hope she doesn’t want ALL of my evenings and weekends….but we shall see what comes of it.
The guy whose house I might be moving into just called me. He left a message, and now his phone is busy…..so I have no idea what he wanted.
Ok scratch that….I know exactly what he wanted. So Jim calls me, and tells me that instead of renting me the room in his house, he wants to give me a whole apartment. The poor guy had the last two people living with him cost him insane ammounts of money….so for the same price we agreed upon, he will rent me this apartment…which has a washer and dryer in it..yay!! And i can still have my animals…still have access to a basement..and its a ground floor apartment…which is what i want….seriously….life doesn’t get any better than this. Yeah, its still in friggen valpo…but maybe its time for me to become a valpo resident….at least now i won’t have anyone watching my coming and going…..i am free to be me!!! I will get internet….net zero..super cheap….$15 a month for high speed…no contract required….
I don’t need cable, tho if I am gonna be living alone, i will prolly want it eventually….but we shall see where my finances lay first, before getting more bills. lol I want to be able to go grocery shopping, and buy everything I need and want in my house. Even though I bought alot of what I needed when I moved in with Jaime, I know she will want to keep alot of it. 🙁 And I would feel bad not letting her. Some stuff though, is jsut mine.
But anyway, now I am so distracted, and I am so hoping he doesn’t change his mind….before its time to move in….YAY!!!!!!
