Fast Day

It’s already almost 3. Every time I thought I had a moment to write something else came up. So this will be short.

I didn’t do diddly this weekend. I had planned on cleaning my house this weekend, but I spent Friday night at Ashley’s and stayed up all night, so there was much sleeping on Saturday and Sunday I was a ball of lazy nothingness.

Before I went to Ashley’s on Friday, grandma and I went to spend my gift card winnings on some new work pants. I’ve finally gotten past my plateau and I am down 86 pounds. I went to get my old size pants, but they only had 1 pair of those, so I tried on a smaller size and what do you know, they fit. Woo hoo!

Gigi asked me to stay and work in the kitchen tonight. I figure I might as well pick up as much as I can. We will have the new gal starting night reception this week so my Wed/Thurs doubles every week will be no more. But who knows how long she will last. They never last. I have to be positive, but I like the extra money … I’ve been doing it since March, so it will be weird not seeing it on my check.
