Subscription Questions

Some people have reported problems viewing the subscription information page, with buttons at the top of the page not showing up. We’ve tested the page under several browsers, and don’t see a problem – however, if you are having this problem please let us know what browser you use so that we can check it out.

A couple of people also mentioned that they were in the first 100 users on the site, who suffered from a crash back on January 10th. As I said at the time, all of these users were credited for their subscriptions to start on January 10th, instead of in November or December when they actually did. If you are in the first 100 users, please note that on your subscription information screen you will see the original date for when the diary was started. However, the date your subscription expires should say 7/10/02 – showing the six months credited.

UPDATE: We found the problem about five minutes after I wrote this – it has been fixed, so the screen should look fine to everybody now.
