Subscription Problems

It seems that we were having some problems with the communications coming to our server from PayPal’s server last week. As a result, there are a handful of people who made subscription payments who have not been credited for them.

I’ve fixed up several diarists who have notified me of this problem. If you are a person who made a payment through PayPal and didn’t receive credit for it, please notify me at the subscriptions@opendiaryplus.com e-mail address (but only if it is a subscription problem), not at the problem@opendiaryplus.com address. That way, I will be able to tend to your problem right away.

Diaries are not working at the moment. Last updated faves does not work, note save does not work either.

I am having a problem w/ my menu bar (my diary my notes etc.) being like 2 inches down from the top. i don’t know if it’s the html i put in my diary descrpiton or what, but its really making me mad!

dm, my menu bar is being weird. for instance, on the leave a note screen, there are two menu bars. one is where it should be, but whenever i click on it, it takes me to the main page. the second one is below the diarist’s name and works as it should, but is in the wrong place.

I just logged in, and there is no way for me to get to my diary. There are no menus. I can’t even jump to my diary to get in that way.

how do u view someone else’s favorites list if it is not a private list?

there are problems with entry saving. moreover, why is the toolbar up at the top of the page??? problems there???? i can’t save entries! help!

in addition to my previous help note, i can’t edit my entries when i paste paragraphs… if i just type in a word like “test”, it could be saved. how come? please instruct.
