Setting Notes by Entry

Diarists have been asking what happened to the option to select Notes type by entry – meaning you can set individual entries to No Notes or Signed Notes.

I had removed that option while I was doing some of the OD 4.0 coding, but it is time to bring it back. So, you’ll notice that the Notes Type dropdown is back at the bottom of the entry editing screen, and you can now set your entries individually.

Also, I’ve added the Notes Type selection to the entry manager, so you can set blocks of entries from there.

I’m still wondering about that note counter. Whose business is it how many notes I have? On YOUR entries I can understand why it’s beneficial, but not on the average joe’s.

Internet Explorer has been giving me problems tonight (or maybe this site) every once in awhile I will not be able to get to the site (page can note be found/page can not be displayed) or I will be reading an entry, and then move onto another page and suddenly get the error messeges.

What the hell has been going on with OD tonight? Everytime my friend or I tried to log in, we’d get a search engine or a “cannot find server” page. When the site was, at sporadic intervals– up and working, we’d take advantage and do our best to type and entry or save a note, only to lose it a second later when it went down again. ??

on certain diaries the “note by person” doesn’t put the notes in alphabetical order & it doesn’t groupe them all together.

Hello, I can’t see my notes page I think it someone blocked so I can’t see when I get new notes. How would I go about fixing it?? It’s been months since I’ve seen it. Thanks.
