Another New Year, Things Have Been Quiet For Me…

Well….Things have been quiet. Not much been happenin here in my neck of the woods….maybe except I have a bad left knee now. Hard to walk at times and makes my job harder to do. I wish I knew what it was that was makin my knee smart like that…I went and got an ultrasound at the end of November and they didn’t find anything. So it’s makin me wonder what the fuck is goin on…so I gotta set an appointment to see my doc again and see if I can see a specialist about my knee. I know for sure I’ll probably have to get a custom knee brace…it took a couple of months just to get my appointment to get the ultrasound on my knee. It will take longer just to see a specialist…pisses me off. I’ll have to try and work through it somehow…but I know I’ll have to take it easy and stuff. I’ve made plans to go to the gym with my nephews..I gotta stick to it…not much choice now. Biking will be ok on my knee so that wont be so bad…I just want to be healthier and more in shape instead of a round shape..hehe 😀 I have to make good on what I gotta go…I will be sore from workouts but I will get used to it eventually. Yeah…things have been quiet mostly…not much happenin here. I’ve been gone from here for a long time now…about time I paid a visit to my diary again. But I will return soon….Basta,
