Quick entry before working out.

Working out.  Yep!  I’m about to work out.

Believe it or not.

Aside from being on the verge of getting stretch marks, my goal is to get back into some shape.

STAT.  ASAP.  Fucking now, for lack of better words.

My weight today is 160.  20 pounds more than what’s healthy for me at my age, height and everything else.  So I’m getting after it.  Now.

I’ll probably use this to keep track.  This isn’t a vanity thing, this is a get healthy thing.  If you’d like to follow along…then follow along!
