I’ve started to collect quite the wide selection in my favorites list here on od . None of them is really like any of the others and honestly i have no idea what it is exactly that i like about them.  Some of them i found doing random searches, some are people that leave notes and i find interesting. I only mention this because as of late , this has been my main choice of reading material. I only just realized it though…it’s been a while since i have read a new book, which is very strange of me …usually read one a month

As for the book that I bought today " Jennifer Government by Max Barry " is fucking great ….can’t put it down…it would make the coolest fucking crime movie ! it’s based in the future and coorporations own and run everything…if you work for a company you take it’s name as your last name. So far it’s an excellent read.

For you baseball fans it looks like my Detroit Tigers are going to be kicking the St. Louis Cardinals asses in the world series. To you american readers that say that Canadians can’t be ture babseball fans ( and you know who you are ) i say only this….fuck you , I’ve lived a half hour away from Dertoit my whole life….Just only on the good side of the border…the clean side…you know …the CANADIAN side….sorry ….just feeling a little patriotic today , my neighbors kid is over in Afganistan right now. he went through a suicide bombing a few weeks back that killed 4 of our troops and messed his arm up pretty badly and his LAV ( light arrmored vehicle ) got hit with a road side bomb this week …but no major damage or people hurt …was a small bomb i guess…he talked to his dad this morning and his dad told me about it before i went into work this afternoon…well yeaterday afternoon…it’s about 1 am right now.

I’m supposed to golf in a tournament this weekend . They are calling for possible showers and a high of 12* C for you Yanks , thats about 57*F. Either way …thats a little chilly.

The reason that i write any of this is because I’m either bored silly or I’m just finishing off my day …started with the Oprah fan and ends with this entry…The way i see it Oprahs clone will have more than likely filed a report to her superiors that there was a non conformist out there not obeying the "book club laws" and reading outside of the mandatory reading  material. I figure that sometime in the wee small hours of this very morning i shall be removed from the public by the " CELEBRITY VALUES INFORCEMENT DEPARTMANT " better known in small …very small circles as C_VID
