All computers are not created equally…

I took some photos and uploaded them to Photobucket, but I discovered that tasks which were very simple at home weren’t so with the computers here in the Computer Club. This is the building I’m in. The building has four rooms, Music, Computer Club, Dakota (Meetings) , and Creative Crafts. The Creative Crafts is where I do my sewing.

I’ve still not got a lot done on my quilt. One day at a time… 🙂

This is all I’m going to add for now. It’s taken me the better part of the last hour to figure out how to get this far. <sigh>

I will add that I learned of the passing of a dear crafting friend, Jan Metzger. I’ve known Jan since 1993, when I first learned about a crafting program called PrintArtist. Back in the days of Prodigy, Jan was the Moderator for the PrintArtist Lover’s board, otherwise known as PALS. Through the years we held all sorts of craft fairs at her home, did swaps among members and in general, were a community of very talented crafters. Jan was also a licensed Dachsund breeder so I was always able to get my ‘puppy breath’ fix whenever I visited. My sister Sudie loved to go to Jan’s … it was always a nice road trip. 😉

Remember that we are all very blessed in this life. It’s hard to remember this when we’re caught up in the daily activities of our lives, but we need to stop now and then to say thanks.
