Ryn: I love Giada’s Everyday Italian and Healthy Appetite. Paula Dean kind of freaks me out with how much fatty stuff she cooks.. Heart attacks run in my family, so I try to eat as healthily as I can. Paula Dean is like the antithesis of my style of cooking. If I can make some of Emeril’s stuff more heart-healthy, and vegetarian, then I’m a happy camper. I heart Food Network!
