I am so incredibly blessed to have such amazingly supportive friends. I say it all the time: you don’t need a lot of friends, just the right ones.
This week has been amazing. I’m getting stronger in my strength training. I have more control in my movements. I feel different in my thoughts and my body, and I’m absolutely loving it.
i have just started on strength training. So it’s true that physical training can change your thoughts? I’m looking foward to that happening for me too.

@journalsecret you’re very welcome! I definitely think there’s merit in the thought. Something changes when you commit to yourself. This is purely speculation on my part, but I think when you show up for yourself the way you do for the people you love, you understand why they love you in return. Then you wrap that in the empowerment of getting physically stronger. It’s good times.
They say it takes 28 days to form a habit. I noticed the shift in my thoughts on day 24, if that helps at all 🙂 Thank you for reading!
