need words to a song..

I keep forgetting so ask this, so im doing it now, before it slips my mind again.LOL

Theres a song, that my brother loved, i only know a few words to it,and i would love to know it all, everytime i hear the song it about breaks my heart.; to me, the the song is of someone who knows they are dying, and it describes my brother so well…

Everytime i hear the song, (which isnt to often,because i dont listen to that kind of music) i get tears in my eyes,i just love the song..

Lets see, some of the words i remember and this may very well be the tittle of the song:

"Im going home, to the place that i belong, these places and these faces are getting old, im going home"..
