Bipolar help – what is it?

I’ve just recently been diagnoised with bipolar and i had a manic episode but don’t remember much of it at all. I would just like to talk to anyone who knows someone who has it or anyone who has it themselves like a support group kinda thing. i hope someone can help me understand what it’s like living with it. i’m on 20mg of olanzapine as they don’t want to put me on lithium yet because i’ve been responding very well on the other.
