Kicked out of Shari’s!

My niece went home yesterday so we took her to Shari’s (a restaurant)before we took her home. Christopher and Amelia (more Christopher than Amelia)were upset because the food was taking longer than they were willing to wait for and a woman came up to our table and asked if we wanted some crackers. I thought she was a customer who saw my children were upset and wanted to help make them happy so I said okay. She gave some to Wesley and to Amelia and asked if Christopher wanted crackers. He said "NO!" and she reeled back like he had hit her or something, said "Well!" and walked off. She came back not long after that and very rudely told me that I needed to control my kid because he was disrupting the whole restaurant (keep in mind, Shari’s is supposed to be a family restaurant). I said I was trying and if she had any ideas we could try I’d be more than willing to listen. She left, came back again and said if I didn’t control him and get him to be quiet she’d have to ask us to leave. She never once said she worked there, was not wearing a uniform or had a name tag so I had no idea if she worked there or not. I didn’t like how she was treating us (we’ve been there tons of times over the years and not once has anyone been rude to us there until last night)so I said (I probably shouldn’t have but it’s true)to her "You’re a real bitch, you know that?" and she got all pissed off, got our receipt, slammed it down on the table and told us to leave or she’d call the cops. Wesley said "Mommy, let’s hurry up and go! I don’t want to go to jail!" The kids orders and Brittney’s orders had come by then so they were quietly eating and the woman came by again, shoving Jimmy’s order (he had been out in the van changing Jocelyn and making her a bottle)into my face demanding to know if it was mine, then shoved it into Brittney’s face demanding to know if it was hers and Brittney looked all confused like she couldn’t figure out what the woman’s problem was and pointed to her nachos and said "No, I ordered the nachos." and the waiter was right behind the bitch and very nicely handed me my order and asked how everything was. We then proceeded to eat (Jocelyn was super fussy so Jimmy took her back out to the car to make her another bottle because she was acting like she was still hungry)and everyone was calm and the woman came back yelling at us to leave right now or "I’ll call the cops!" so I had Brittney get to-go boxes and the woman was rude to her and practically threw them at her. We got the food in them and the poor kids kept asking why we had to go and "We want our pancakes!" and I told them to make sure they got everything they brought in because we were NEVER going back there again. Brittney and Wesley went out to the car with three of the boxes and two of the kids’ drinks (plastic cups you can take home)leaving me with Christopher and Amelia. I’m near the front entrance with 3 to-go boxes in one hand, a drink in the other and holding Christopher’s hand in the same hand I had the drink in, Amelia is crying and on the floor because she didn’t want to leave and didn’t understand why we had to go before we got to even eat our food. The bitch looks at us, sees Amelia is upset and I’m trying to get her to calm down and come with me and Christopher and says "That’s it. I’m calling the cops." and proceeds to call them. I tell her "I’m trying to leave!" and she very sarcastically says "Oh, I can see that." and so I scream at her "You wanna pick up my daughter, because I can’t!?" and I end up having to walk out to the car (Jimmy sees me coming and asks where Amelia is and says "You left her in there?" and I told him she wouldn’t get off the floor and I had no way to pick her up. He goes in there, gets Amelia and pays for the food. No tip – the first time ever he hasn’t left a tip. He apologized to the hostess, to our waitress and waiter and they were all very nice about it. The manager said to Jimmy "I don’t care. That’s no excuse!" when he told her the kids were hungry and tired and that’s why they were upset. The hostess (you get cookies on a stick for the kids when you buy something on the kids menu, free)gave us a bunch of cookies because she obviously felt bad about the manager acting the way she was. The only reason I know she (the bitch)is the manager is because she told me "This is my restaurant!" and I said "Do you own it?" she said "No, I’m the manager." and I said "Then you don’t own it, do you?"

I got on their website when we got home and lodged a complaint. I hope they fire her. This isn’t the first time she’s been a bitch. She was rude to my sister and our cousin years ago when they were there and they heard her call another customer a cunt. I can’t believe she’s still working there. I know it’s the same woman because Kim asked me after I told her what happened "Wait, was she blonde?" and I said "Yeah, why?" and she said "Oh, I know EXACTLY who you’re talking about."

I told Jimmy I was going to make a Sim of the manager and kill her off as many ways as I can.

I told her before we left that we would NEVER come back there again as long as she was working there and that she lost customers. The customers around us kept looking at her funny as she was ranting at us. I hope they tell everyone they know to avoid the place until she’s fired. I know I will! So, if anyone is in Oregon and is near the Shari’s in Hillsboro, Oregon on TV Highway – don’t go. Go to Red Robin or something, Reedville Cafe, etc. but not there – not until "Bitchy Misty" isn’t there anymore.

Jimmy said he had never been so embarrassed before, that he had never been kicked out of Shari’s (like I have?)and that she must need her medication adjusted or something because she was a total bitch.

I need to go. The kids need naps, I need to feed and change Jocelyn and do some housework.
