Weekend & zoo *PICS*

I had a mixed weekend, in the background of my mind I had a lot of turmoil and thinking, but in the front of my mind life had to move on.

We took the kids to the zoo and had fun.

After the water, Samara had a meltdown, refused to use her words, and simply could not regain control of her body or emotions and I took her our kicking and screaming. Bonnie had brought a friend, and I was so embarassed. I feel like I should have better behaved children, but I don’t all the time.

We got some lunch, and after she ate she felt much better. Samara has issues with not eating, or using the bathroom and then refusing to do so, and then getting upset and then futhuer refusing to do. She is still so unaware of what her body is trying to tell her.

We went grocery shopping, and came home.

Then Sunday we drove an hour to see my brother teach. Samara was hilarious when during the sermon she pronounced she has walked on water, She then asked if it was okay to walk on water if there is no boat, because hotel pools aren’t big enough for boats.

After church we all went to mcd’s for lunch where my family is just amazing. I have never met a family who laughs as much as we do. I love them. I mean really love them, and I am so happy to have them all so close. Even when life is hard we laugh.

My brother is really into magic right now and Samara eats it up. Well he went to make a cup of ketchup disappear, and she stuck it in his mouth. She gagged until She vommited on the floor. It was funny then, it is still funny now. She laughed. I must ask one of these days why she does this.

She went home with my parents, and we saw Dark Shadows. it was wonderful. I loved it! Finally a good vampire movie with no sparkling. It was way better than twilight.

We came home, and dyed my hair. I wanted white ends, but I simply can not bleach it that white. So I went purple ends. I like it, and then Samara got purple strands too.

Monday Bonnie was unbearable, she went to the veiwing of the soldier and was just so angry.

I went out to dinner with a good friend. I love her, and I love when Samara had a moment she didn;t flinch on keeping Sabastian so I could deal with Samara. I didn’t have to explain her or anything. I am lucky to have some one who allows my child to be

And with that we have therapy.

The water pictures look so much fun! Manic Panic has a bleach that works awesome for getting colored strands.

Looks like the kids had a great time, and I might have had a meltdown coming out of that water, too….looks so refreshing. 🙂 Loved the face paint….too cute. 🙂

The pictures are great! I’m so glad that you have such a lovely family close by, and that you have a friend who understands and doesn’t expect your kids to be anything other than they are. *hugs*

I think I am going to have to restart Cody’s therapies. He’s been unbearable. I can’t take him out in public because I never know when he’s going to flip his shit and hes far too big and strong for me to physically remove him.
