Samara’s first Fish *PICS*

 Yesterday the veterans group my husband goes too had a picnic, and went fishing.

It was nice, It was exhausting. 

We were the only OIF family there, and huge disappointment. The rest of the guys are vietnam guys. Great guys, but no kiddos. 

The food was pretty good. More like it didn’t make me sick. 

Samara ate it, Sabastuian ate it and that my friends, is what is important. 

Samara caught a fish with my help. 

Explain to me why it was my pregnant self helping her and not her dad, or any of the other guys? None of them had the patience for her. She had fun 

She caught a little blue gill and they threw it back, because it was too small.

We gave up after that. I was too tired. Plus everyone was smoking, and with the kids, and me being pregnant the smell was making me uncomfortable. I would dodge the smoke and then the wind would shift. I was trying to be polite, but it got to me. 

I was so tired after it al. 

One of the wives said something that rang true. All of our husbands, are still broken, and have a hard time functioning like many men do. she said we have to love them because not many others are willing too. 

True, so true. Travis is hard to love. Very hard to love in fact, but somehow I have too. Because if I don’t then where would he be? 

We came home and took a nap. I was out within a few minutes.

Today I am watching mad men on netflix and maybe cleaning some. His party is in a few weeks.
