Fourth & room redo
It has been one more week since I have written, and viola no entry… You know what this means? I am out living life.
Last week was pretty awesome, Samara went to camp, I am not sure she liked it, but she went.
Then we had our fourth party it was so much fun. It was fun to spend time with family and well blow things up! We found silent fireworks this year, and for the first time in a long time we have been able to enjoy this holiday as a family. For my brother this is like his christmas and he was in a light mood. It was good to see him so happy, with a month till the wedding he has been stressed.
I have pictures. (click to see)
This weekend we went to ikea, and well it was something else. I loved it and hated it all at once. Next time I go I want more money and no kids. I spent quiet a bit but got stuff to redo kids room, and the homeschool room. My house however is a huge mess because of all the transitions.
We also went to lush while there and it was awesome all the staff were wonderful and even we got free foot treatments, Samara loved it. I also went to crocs. I got shoes for the wedding. I so wanted heels, but I tried on a pair for about a minute or 2 and well my feel ached for 2 days. It isn’t worth it.
The area in Michigan we went was so nice, and so pretty. Indiana isn’t nearly as green, nor are there as many trees. It was an enjoyable trip.
We got Samara’s room done today, well kinda… I need help with the curtains, but other than that it looks nice.
This week should be quiet I suppose, but next week… Next week is the surgery. I have my reservations about it, but it isn’t in my hands, and we will go forward with whatever happens. I have to have faith.
I love Lush! I go there almost weekly. I spend WAY too much money. I love their fresh face masks (in the fridge). I do one almost every other day lately. I have a huge Lush stash in my bathroom closet full of all sorts of goodies. I should get a job there. All the employees know me and the kids by first and last name 😉 It’s a dangerous store for me to be in!! (for my wallet, anyway..hee)

how do they do silent fireworks?

We watched them from our back yard again, so Gabe could see the pretty colors and not spazz about the sound.
