A good week
So the week has been one of the new normal around here, carpools and therapies. Life if good in a way. But the thing with normal is it never just stays that way for long, for me normal is a constantly evolving state.
I am so excited Samara got a grant to go to summer camp! She got into Red Cedar this week, it is an expensive camp that works with kids of all abilities, she is in the special needs camp, but it is integrated. She will be swimming and boating and she is super excited!
I also about cried this week because Samara made me so happy! I asked what she wanted for lunches at camp and she asked for a sandwhich!!!!! She has never even tried one before (food touching and all) and she asked for one! I was so thrilled.
Yesterday, was my sister in laws bridal shower, it was nice, and I thought her family was gracious, and are making an effort as are we. I took pictures, and will be doing the same at the rehersal and dinner.
Samara got her a heart glass paperweight with her name on it, and I helped my mom make aprons with mr & mrs booth on them. It was so sweet. We put them in a nice gift basket with method soaps, and nice scrub brushes.

You can see my kiddos, and sisters and parents actually! It is nice to have such nice pictures with my family, you know days are certainly numbered and there is guarentee when it comes to who will be here tomorrow. Pictures are such an awesome way to capture for your eyes what is imprinted on your heart.
In the other great news, I passed Stats!!!! I was so thrilled, it was close, so so close, but I got it and now I am certainly on track to graduate. I got my financial aide approved for the spring, and I found out if I continue on at the same school I get a %50 discount on tution which makes it the same price as the state school here!
Things are going well for the moment, you know surgery is coming up soon, the highlight? Well, we get to go see star wars the exhibit, and then go out to dinner with a fav, silver lining!
Loved the pics, and you are so right about our days being numbered and our not knowing how many there are to be…..cherish each one. *HUG*

I love all of the pictures. The gifts you gave were awesome. I LOVE the otter card. 🙂 I also really liked the frame with the scrabble tiles. The church cafe area is so cute–what a great place to have a shower because it is so nicely decorated as is!
