I couldn’t allow today go by without an entry.

Today more than others I have reflected on the journey being an army wife has brought. I no longer hate it, and good things have happened for us with the benefits being a veteran has provided us. We have a house 2 beautiful children, and Travis has a good job all with military benefits.

We went out to dinner tonight, and an old Airborne fellow commented on how lucky. we are to have such a perfect little family.

I am lucky, life is good, and I am thankful for the military and the soldiers who have captured my heart.

I got all dressed up for dinner so did, Sabastian.

Samara also made daddy a card, she wrote this all herself, 6 months ago she couldnt even write her own name. Now look. I am simply astounded by how smart and fantastic my little girl is! (I wrote the words she told me too and she copied them.)
