Get Your Smokey On!

Yep, that’s my husband…Smokey the Bear. It seems that he attracts not only little kids but big kiddos too. Many of women squeel and get excited when they see him. Smokey the bear isn’t allowed to talk. My husband just waves and gets excited and jumps up and down.

I’m Smokey’s handler. My hubby hates it when I say I’m is handler. Seriously, when he is wearing the suit, he can only see straight ahead. So I have to guide his every step so he wont fall into hole in the snow.

With a Ranger’s hat and shovel

and a pair of dungarees,

you will find him in the forest

always sniffin’ at the breeze.

People stop and pay attention

when he tells ’em to beware,

’cause ev’rybody knows that

he’s the Fire Prevention Bear.

Smokey the Bear, Smokey the Bear.

Prowlin’ and a growlin’ and a sniffin’ the air.

He can find a fire before it starts to flame.

That’s why they call him Smokey,
