What do you think true love is?
True love to me is all about respect for self and my partner and it’s more than just a physical/sexual connection, it’s a spiritual connection as well and without these connections working together from each of us in the relationship I just cannot be convinced that it’s "true" love.

In fact I do believe in soulmates.

Do you believe in love at first sight?
Love no, compassion and consideration for another yes, but the true love that a person has for another cannot really be love because real love is what you have for people once you know their personality and find out what is in their heart and that my friends takes time.

Do you believe fate plays a hand in finding love?
I believe God places people in our lives for either "a reason, a season or a lifetime". See I have this friend that I met through another friend last year and at the time I met him I was struggling with my faith. I

What is your idea of romance?
Good conversation, a nice massage and well of course the love making that follows it, but without being able to communicate on a deeper level with someone it’s just sex, not romance.

What do you consider to be romantic?
Aw someone that holds me close, makes me laugh, plays with my hair, Kisses me in the rain, lights a few candles and holds my hand is pretty darn romantic to me. Okay so I am a sap…sue me. 🙂

Do you think romance is an important part of a relationship? Why?
Women need romance it’s just something that is ingrained in us so yes it’s very important, but I also believe that women need to realize that just because your man isn’t romantic it doesn’t mean he loves you any less. Sometimes a man that fixes your car or takes out the trash is his way of saying he loves you and you should be grateful for that too!

Do you think friends make better lovers?
I think you need to be friends before you become lovers so yes they do because they actually know you on a platonic level as well as a "lover" level.

What have you learned about love from other people?
That most people give up too easily and that many unfortunately care more about theirselves than they do the person they are in a relationship with and it should be equal.

Do you think that true love can conquer all?
No, sometimes love just isn’t enough. With that said, I do believe that the love you make is equal to the love you take Beatles or CSNY quote there..haha I can’t remember which coined it. Wasn’t it Lennon? Anyway..Seriously though just as some people give up too easily others don’t know when to give up and end up investing all of their time in a relationship that lacks love and respect. I don’t want to be the woman that looks back at her life and has bitterness in her because someone didn’t love me the way I wanted to be loved. That’s why I am taking my time and actually getting to know different men and once I do know them it’s then that I will choose who to give ALL of my heart to.
