I rather go to jury duty than go to work. I was summoned for jury duty this past week and unfortunately they didn’t pick me. I was really hoping I would get picked but I sat there all day did some reading, I listen to people talk about their life, and I did nothing and I enjoyed it I really did it was a good mental day. Would it be scamming the county if I took their pay and still use my PTO time? Technically my job wouldn’t pay me for jury duty but if I choose to use my PTO time I could.
