semi-productive

i went to the gym yesterday.  did 30 min on the bike and left.  i definately could have done more, but it was 10 at night and i had to work the next day (today).  my original plan was to go to the gym yesterday cause i could grade papers this morning since there wasn’t a morning meeting.  wellllll….whats that saying about best laid plans?  this morning, i had 3 or 4 people come in to my classroom to talk.  then, they  never left!  it was nice to catch up, but i had shit to do!  so, since i’m planned and ready for the rest of the week, i left early today.  well, early is like 30 min after my contract time ends haha.  anyway, i came home and took a nap for a bit and played on facebook and whatnot.  texted some people.  returned a few books to the library.  then, i sat down to grade.  i got a bunch graded and the stuff i have left i KNOW i can do tomorrow.  no meetings at all planned.  well, one, but i’m the chair of that committee so i can cancel the meeting if i feel like it 🙂 

so i feel kinda productive.  stayed in my points.  graded some papers.  the house didn’t get cleaned, but thats ok.  i’m HALF A POUND AWAY (still!) from marking the halfway point in my weight loss journey.  hopefully since auntie flow showed today, she will help out with that half pound (and maybe more!). 

i’m gonna pick up the newspapers that the cat scattered around, start the dishwasher and go to bed.  maybe i’ll be more interested in my book tonight than i was last night!
