Oh Christmas Tree…

So, we finally found the time to go hunt down a Christmas tree yesterday. We went to several different places before finally driving out to a nearby city where we heard of an awesome tree farm. And it was definetly worth the drive. Next time, hopefully we will be able to get our acts together sooner, and spend more time out there. We found a huge 8 ft. tree for $35. And bought a wreath, too.  The boys had a blast picking out their tree and petting all the "Molly’s" [the farm also raises/breeds Goldren retrievers. And of course, since they all look like our Molly, they’re all named Molly.]. Especially the one who was about to explode puppies everywhere.

We got our tree home and set up yesterday, and decorated this morning. And we’ll be going to see Santa this afternoon at the mall. Gabriel plans on telling Santa that he wants a tool bench, and Xavier just wants to sit on "Christmas’s" lap. lol

I have a ton to do around the house, but am feeling super lazy. I haven’t been feeling all that great recently. I have a crappy cold (stuffy nose, sore throat, annoying cough), but have also had a bit of a stomach thing going on. I think I’ll give myself permission to be lazy today, and then get into the swing of things tomorrow. I go back to work Friday.
