alternatickers - cool, free web tickers

I am eating nachos for breakfast. Not healthy, but oh so delicious.

I went into work yesterday to pick up my pay stub, and everyone was commenting on how I was "still" pregnant.
"You’re STILL pregnant? When are you due?"
"How far are they going to let you go?"
"Are they going to induce you?"

Who is "they’ and how come they have so much control over me?

I just laughed it off, said, "I’m not even due ’til Monday. I’m not worried about it." as if it wasn’t a big deal and went on about my business.

Josh’s mom is calling me everyday. "ARE WE HAVING A BABY YET!?"
We?  Is there something she’s not telling me?
I have to try my best to not sound snippy and say, "Don’t worry. You’ll know when I go into labor…"
"Okay, well.. do it on Saturday because I don’t have to work!"
I’ll get right on that. Now, where is that birth button…

It’s been raining for days here. I ventured out into the elements last night to brave Walmart.
Mason needed a winter coa.. er… sack.
I figured he knew I hadn’t gotten one yet, and was refusing to come out until I had something warm for him to wear.
Well, it’s hanging up on the coat rack. So, c’mon Mason!
Maybe he’s waiting until I install his carseat?
I also bought a sundress on clearance for when I’m in labor.
And some lavendar bath salts for the tub.
A few birth supplies that I was missing.
And some food. I figured I’d better make sure I had enough groceries for the next week. Don’t think I’ll be feeling much like going out.
I need to go back out and get a portable CD player. I had to send my Zune player back into microsoft because, surprise, surprise, I’m having the same error issue I had last time I sent it in. Stupid microsoft. You have ruined my whole birth experience! Now how am I going to relax in the tub to the playing of Yiruma? Hmph.

Josh has been super busy over there in the sandbox, with re-elections going on and whatnot. We haven’t talked on the phone in quite some time. But he did text me and ask if I’d like a Unit Sweatshirt they were selling, since he knows I love hoodies.
He also has internet in his tent, now. And has taken 2 hours out of the last two nights sleep to talk online with me.
Meaning, instead of getting 7 hours of sleep, he’s only getting 5.
Gotta give the man credit, I suppose.

My plans for today are to eat, sleep, be lazy on the computer and I suppose I should scrub the laundry room. It’s bugging me.
