Hoping to see a few “subtle” color choices, but I see little changes since I first got here a week or so ago. I may keep this. It’s not too bad. I still like PB, although I wonder if anyone still reads me. I have one fave there I need to remove. I find myself deleting the notifications for their diary entries. They are almost always about the many cruises she’s done a year. Gets a bit boring after I while. Plus she never notes me anymore anyway lol. I’ve been slacking in writing tho, so that doesn’t help my chances of being read haha.
Still trying to deal with the school thing. I haven’t talked with them since Thursday I think, so i will email them tomorrow to let them know I plan to change my enrollment to fall to give myself much more time to get this financial aid situation taken care of. I’m quite sick of dealing with it. So I’ll be getting back in touch with them too, very soon.
Besides S is planning to drive back to Indiana next month to go get his son and bring him back here to live. His son’s mother and grandmother (not S’s mom) are the worst parents and grandparents a kid could have. And he’s 22, living in his own apt there, his own mom acts like she can’t help him when he needs it. She’s a bitch. Not sure how it’ll work in a one bedroom, but I think he’ll end up getting his own soon as possible since our one bedroom apt is too small for 3 adults. So with a possible trip to Indy in a few weeks, I don’t wanna start school right now. I wanna go so I can see my mama and sis. Haven’t seen them since I moved here two years ago. She needs to hurry and move her behind here lol.
Work is still the same pain in the ass. Getting a day off is like pulling teeth I can’t get anyone to help me have Wednesday off so I can be there for S’s colonoscopy. I guess they think since it’s Valentine’s Day that it’s why I want that day off. I ain’t celebrating it, but for one S is my ride to and from work and won’t be able on take me (so I’d have to uber which is $9 each way) but second I wanted to be able to care for him while he recovered for the procedure. I am seriously considering calling in. He tells me not to worry about it, If I can’t get the day off. I contacted 10+ people and none could help me. However, when anyone else asked I helped them out. Never again. I tried two weeks ago to see if I could get 14th and 15th off, but since they do the schedules 2 weeks early now, you damn near need to request 3-4 weeks out. It’s ridiculous. I hate that place. Hope these temp agencies can find something for me soon.
