So yesss
Haha I went to see the apt this morning. I got there about 30 mins early (I request uber early to avoid being late), and she was able to see me right away. So she took me to a two bedroom (no one bedrooms to show at the moment), to give me an idea of how the apt will look. I noticed this morning, prior to my meeting, that the rent went up about $65. I was not expecting that, so I asked her about that. Apparently they have already upgraded it (to include washer/dryer and a few other features) so that’s why it went up. I wasn’t too happy about that fact, but thankfully I think I can fit that in. Besides, they don’t have on site laundry, so I’d need the machines anyway. Anyway so it was really nice to see the apt, it back away from the main road so it’s a lot more quiet, which I like. I feel like this will work for me, and I did like what I saw in the apt. I can see on the map exactly where my apt would be. I think I have a good chance of getting in, I haven’t rented since 2015, but my rental history has been 100% great, my credit, not so much but has improved greatly over this past year. I’ve been working hard to get that score up, I knew I would need that when I started looking. My credit history itself is not bad, my usage keeps going down, which makes my score go up, as well as my payment history is at 99%. It would be 100% but covid and not finding work last year messed that up. Still, I have been diligent in fixing my credit. And I have no background issues, so all should work out. I hate waiting, but I think I’ll get approved for this apt. Just prayers up to this point, I hope to hear something by tomorrow. If all goes well (and I think it will, I’m claiming that apt) I will be moving out on august 20th, 2021
I have already let the current apts know my situation, so once I have a move in date to give them, I can be removed from the lease.
