Apartment update

So I tried contacting the apts yesterday, but I couldn’t get them on the phone, so I left a voicemail. They called me back this morning, so when I called I confirmed my interest. Asked a few questions and set an appt for 10am tomorrow morning. I don’t work until the afternoon. So I’m gonna get a tour and we’ll talk about any other things I need to know and any questions I’ll have. I plan to get this done ASAP and I am prepared to pay to hold it. In the mean time, I’m gonna contact the current apts and let them know my plans and S and his son will need up update their income since they are staying, so I can legally get off the lease. I hope everything works out so I can be on my way to peace in my own home!!
