Needing to Post

Dear Diary,

Will the whole year be like this…a whirlwind of days and weeks blending together and flying by? Not really ready to write but needing to post.

End of February found us in hospital again, this time with youngest son who had his gall bladder removed…him 25 years, 6’4″, 165-170 maybe, conscious of what he eats, works out every day, proves this may be genetic
March brought concern for son’s healing and mental state…noticing some signs of depression but things improving
Oldest son returns today from Thailand. He called yesterday before he began the long flight home. He sounded tired. I know he will be this afternoon when he returns

Not much time, not much energy to focus, not really ready to write but…

…needing to post.

It was great to see at least a ‘post’ from you! And yes, the year is flying by!!! I know you must be thrilled that the oldest son is returning home — I would be! Surgery of any kind is never good news but one the bright side it went well and his overall good health may have helped his recovery period. Take care of you — enjoy that family and post when you can!

Thanks for your note, sweetie. I’m glad that your son made it through the surgery ok, and I am thankful that your oldest is returning home. Hopefully, you will have some peace and happiness. You deserve it. 🙂 Love,
