eating
I’ve got to get this eating thing right. The other day a decided to step on the scale again. About a year ago was the last time and now I think the scale’s broken. If it isn’t I’ve lost over 20 kilos. I feel like I have lost a lot, so it could be true. Lately I have been having a lot of trouble with heartburn. My stomach is acidy all the time, which makes me not want to eat anything. Working 40 hours per week I do have to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, I do not. I’m counting calories and come to the conclusion that I don’t eat enough. I used to have a goal of reaching 70 kilos, which is normal for my height (184 cms). Now I’m only about 46. Should I eat something before I go to sleep? Should I work out in order to work up an appetite? Or shouldn’t I? The risk of loosing the calories I have just managed with some effort to intake? I will have something to eat now. It is 11 pm, so it will probably ruin all chances of me having breakfast tomorrow morning.
Something something..
