A week of shopping
This year is almost over. I have almost worked a full year at my current job. Time is moving fast sometimes. I had some holidays left, which means I don’t have to work next week. Today, I’ve completed most translation projects I’m managing and transferred the big ones to one of my colleagues. I’ll be glad when I don’t have to worry about this for 9 days. During my free time I’m going to buy things for my new home. Furniture, a television, a vacuum cleaner (I haven’t vacuumed since I moved in here some three? months ago), a microwave, a stove, curtains, and who knows what. When I told this to the girls at work they were very jealous and would love a holiday like this. I, being a guy, don’t like this kind of stuff. At least, the buying part. Once I’ve got these things life could be better I’d imagine. I also have to clean the house, remove boxes, sort out stuff that currently still is in these boxes. Personalize the place.
Tomorrow draughts. Our second team has a very crucial game, if they loose everything is lost, they will be relegated to the second division, which will lead to the end of out second team. Our first team should have an easy game. We should get our relief from the disaster two weeks ago. It is a home game. It should be nice.
