What has been the most traumatic experience of your life? 
There has been a lot, I suppose. However I think the childhood trauma had the most impact. Traumatising things also happened to me as a teenager/adult, but by then I had the mechanisms in place to deal with them better. 
 
Does it still bother you?
Honestly, I have come to terms with everything terrible that has ever happened to me, and it is the most amazing and liberating feeling. And it just gives me hope in general, for everyone, because for years and years I was so angry and thought I would never get over anything that happened. BUT, things change.

Relief, probably… I felt GOD AWFUL over the weekend, with a horrendous throat infection, I’m so relieved it seems to be better.
