No. I practice the Buddhist technique mindfulness, but to be honest I was doing that for a long time before I even realised it WAS mindfulness.

No, but I happen to be right most of the time… which actually gets very frustrating. At times it would be easier to be wrong.

Panic, there wouldn’t be much I could do in that time.
