Decadence…and the Fate of the Frog

Those two things don’t seem to go together much, do they?  heh

Because several of you asked,,, the tree frog is fine.  He was ushered, with all the ceremony due a tree frog, out the door to a more hospitable habitat.  Although as cold as it is, he may be one pissed tree frog at having left his warm spot behind.

As for the decadence….

Daddy dearest and I went out to eat tonight.  It is COLD here.  I think I may have mentioned that before.  But it is – COLD.  I don’t like cold.  But we had planned dinner out so we went.  And Daddy dearest’s car has HEATED SEATS.  I always thought this a ridiculous perk here in Florida.  It’s 98 degrees out so who wants heated seats?  Well let me tell you who – ME on a night like this.  I cranked up the seat warmer and my butt got downright toasty.  As my back started warming up as well all I could think of was that THIS must be the definition of decadence – a toasty butt. 

But there’s more!  I switched the heater to blow out the bottom onto my frozen toes.   Ahhhhhh.  Now I had a toasty butt AND yummy warm toes.  THAT is TRULY the definition of decadence.  I didn’t want to get out of the car.  Do you suppose the neighbors would worry if I spent the night in the car?
